SIXTOL Chill Zone = comfort for visitors, shade from the sun and shelter from rain — without you having to buy it.

We put into production over 1000 m² of tents and thousands of beach loungers. Instead of letting them sit in a warehouse, we want to lend them out to events across Europe — from motorsport through city festivals to music festivals and sports tournaments.

Why you want it at your event

• Increase visitor comfort and extend their time on site (more chill = more satisfaction).
• Provide facilities even if the weather changes (sun / rain / wind).
• Create an attractive spot for photos, meeting and relaxing — ideal for social media content.
• Get equipment in large volume that would otherwise cost tens to hundreds of thousands.

What events the Chill Zone suits

Motorsport events, drift days, rally events, car and bike meetups, city events, sports events, performances, festivals and sports tournaments, fairs and even village spring markets. It doesn’t matter whether it’s a big festival or a small community event — we’re up for any event.

How it works

1) We agree on a date and scope
You send us basic info about the event and we’ll propose the ideal amount of equipment.

2) Free loan
You can borrow the equipment completely free of charge. The only thing we require: transport there and back in good condition.

3) Optional: transport and assembly by us
If you want, we’ll send a team to deliver and set everything up. This is for a small fee.

4) Advertising for SIXTOL
In return we need brand visibility (details below). Everything is negotiable.

Setup speed

Erecting a single 6×3 m tent takes approximately 5–10 minutes with two people. Anyone can do it.

A beach lounger is ready within a minute.

What we lend

What we want in return

We’re not after complicated rules. Fair cooperation and brand visibility are enough. We’ll choose a combination together that makes sense for your event:

• Mention of SIXTOL as a partner/sponsor (on stage, by the host, in the program, on the event website).
• Space for banners and beach flags on site.
• Posts and stories on social media (before the event + during the event).
• Possibility to distribute flyers/materials in the chill zone.
• If possible: a mention in local newspapers or in a press release.

Loan conditions

We mainly need everything returned in good condition. If something small happens, we won’t make a big deal of it — we know these things can get damaged sometimes. We just ask that people treat the equipment with respect.

Administration

• We will create a contract for the loan.
• A valid identity card (OP) is required.
• A refundable deposit is required — amount depends on the quantity borrowed.
• For long-term cooperation, lending without a deposit is possible.

Price

• Equipment loan: free of charge
• Transport and assembly by our team: small fee (depending on distance and scope).

Optional

Insurance against vandalism and weather conditions.

Tip for city events

For city events it’s often possible to arrange transport with the local fire brigade (delivery/pickup) so the entire loan remains completely free.

Frequently asked questions

How much can you lend?
For a single event we can supply several dozen tents and hundreds of loungers at once — depending on date and availability.

What if it rains?
That’s exactly what the Chill Zone is for. The tented facilities will keep people comfortable even in worse weather.

Do I have to have a big event?
No. Small local events or meet-ups are fine. The important thing is that it makes sense and the equipment is returned in good condition.

How far in advance should I get in touch?
The sooner, the better. For big events, ideally several weeks in advance; for smaller ones we can often arrange things on shorter notice.

What if something gets damaged?
We won’t pursue minor wear and tear. We just ask for respectful handling and fair communication.
