SIXTOL Chill Zone = comfort for visitors, shade from the sun and shelter from the rain — without you having to buy it.

We put over 1000 m² of tents and thousands of beach loungers into production. And instead of letting them sit in a warehouse, we want to lend them out to events across Europe — from motorsport through city festivals to music festivals and sports tournaments.

Why you want it at your event

• You increase visitor comfort and extend their time on site (more comfort = more satisfaction).
• You provide facilities even if the weather changes (sun / rain / wind).

What events the Chill Zone suits

Motosport events, drift days, rally events, car and motorcycle meetups, city events, sports events, performances, festivals and sports tournaments, fairs and even village spring markets. It doesn’t matter whether it’s a big festival or a small community event — we’re in for any event.

How it works

1) We agree on the date and scope
You send us basic info about the event and we will propose the ideal amount of equipment.

2) Free rental
You can borrow the equipment completely free of charge. The only thing we need: pick-up and return in good condition.

3) Optional transport and assembly by us
If you want, we will send a team to deliver and assemble everything. This is available for a small fee.

4) Advertising for SIXTOL
In return we need brand visibility (details below). Everything is negotiable.

Assembly speed

It takes approximately 5–10 minutes for two people to erect one 6×3 m tent. Anyone can do it.

The beach lounger is ready within a minute.

What we lend

What we want in return

We’re not after complicated rules. Fair cooperation and brand visibility are enough. We will choose a combination together that makes sense for your event:

• Mention SIXTOL as a partner/sponsor (stage, announcer, program, event website).
• Space for banners and beach flags in the venue.
• Posts and stories on social networks (before the event + during the event).
• The possibility to distribute flyers/materials in the chill zone.
• If possible: a mention in local newspapers or in a press release.

Rental conditions

What we mainly need from you is to return everything in good condition. If something small happens, we won’t make a fuss — we know these things sometimes get damaged. We just ask that people treat the equipment with respect.

Administration

• We will create a contract for the rental.
• A valid ID card (ID) is required.
• A refundable deposit is collected — the amount depends on the quantity borrowed.
• For long-term cooperation it is possible to rent without a deposit.

Price

• Equipment rental: free
• Transport and assembly by our team: small fee (depending on distance and scope).

Optional

Insurance against vandalism and weather conditions.

Tip for city events

For city events it is often possible to arrange transport with the local fire brigade (delivery/pick-up) and thus keep the entire rental completely free.

Frequently asked questions

How much can you lend?
For one event we can provide several dozen tents and hundreds of loungers at once — depending on the date and availability.

What if it rains?
That’s exactly what the Chill Zone is for. The tented facilities will keep people comfortable even in worse weather.

Do I need to have a large event?
No. Smaller municipal events or meetups are fine. The important thing is that it makes sense and the equipment is returned in good condition.

How far in advance should I get in touch?
The sooner, the better. For large events ideally several weeks in advance, for smaller ones we often arrange things at short notice.

What if something gets damaged?
We won’t pursue minor wear and tear. We only ask for decent handling and fair communication.
