DRIFT WARS 3 in Zgorzelec: drift, concerts and helping children in one day

Zgorzelec will transform on 31 May into a place where drifting will happen for a good cause. CROWN TEAM together with the charitable initiative Akcja Charytatywna „Motyle” is preparing the event DRIFT WARS 3 - CHARYTATYWNE DRIFT TAXI, which will combine adrenaline, the scent of burnt tyres, concerts, competitions and support for children with oncological illnesses.

This time it won’t be just about engine performance and driving sideways. All proceeds from the event will go to support the Polish Fundacja „Na Ratunek Dzieciom z Chorobą Nowotworową” and the Przylądek Nadziei centre. These organisations have long been helping children who are fighting cancer and their families.

CROWN TEAM brings drift right among the people

The event is organised by CROWN TEAM, which in Zgorzelec connects the automotive community, fans and charitable support. DRIFT WARS 3 is not a typical race that you just watch from behind a tape. It’s a live urban event where drift, music, a gastro zone, a family program, competitions and people who want to help a good cause meet in one place.

Stary Duży Rynek will for one day become a space full of automotive emotions. Visitors can look forward to the sound of powerful cars, tyre smoke, drifting specials and the atmosphere that is inseparable from such events.

And that is exactly the strength of DRIFT WARS 3. It’s not just about cars. It’s about community, energy and a shared goal.

Charitable Drift Taxi: adrenaline that helps

The main attraction of the program will be the charitable Drift Taxi. Visitors will be able to sit in the passenger seat and experience drifting from a completely different perspective. The car goes sideways, the engine holds the revs, the tyres disappear in smoke and each run shows how much precision and control stand behind drifting.

At DRIFT WARS 3 each such experience will also carry a deeper meaning. Contributions from the event will help children with oncological illnesses and support organisations that provide them assistance during the difficult period of treatment.

According to the organisers, the drift zone will be handled by Mates Roubíček and Drift Corporation, so fans can look forward to experienced drivers, powerful machines and a proper dose of controlled slides.

Program for fans, families and children

DRIFT WARS 3 is not only for hardcore drift fans. CROWN TEAM is preparing an all-day program that families, children and visitors attending such an event for the first time will enjoy.

The evening will end with concerts

After a day full of automotive emotions comes the musical finale. The event will close with a performance by Ol’ Dirty Boiler, bringing local energy and atmosphere, and also Kali, one of the most well-known artists of the Polish rap scene.

The combination of drifting, charitable program and concerts gives DRIFT WARS 3 a distinctive character. It’s not just a motoring meet. It’s a day with a story, pace and a clear purpose.

SIXTOL will arrive with a Supra MK3 600 HP

SIXTOL will also be part of the event, bringing its visitor facilities, prizes for competitions and above all the drift special Toyota Supra MK3 SIXTOL with around 600 horsepower.

The Supra MK3 in SIXTOL colours is a car that doesn’t claim attention quietly. A sharp look, racing technology, a raw sound and power that must be held firmly in hand. For fans it will be one of the major attractions of the event and a great opportunity to see up close a machine built for the world of drifting.

SIXTOL on site will complement the overall atmosphere of the event. Visitors will be able to stop by the brand’s area, take part in competitions and meet the team that is coming to Poland to support a day where motorsport helps.
