Dobrý den, nejprve je třeba očistit odpařovač a pak zkusit znova. Nejprve zkuste na čisté vodě. Pokud bude fungovat, je třeba vypozorovat jaký olej tam dáváte. Některé oleje mají v sobě málo rozpoštědla a pak se usadí na dně. Pokud to nepomůže, vraťe nám difuzer na reklamaci a podíváme se na to.
