Dobrý den, nalévá se běžná voda z kohoutku. Při větší tvrdosti vody je třeba častěji čistit odpařovač. Do PC/notebooku můžete. Je třeba, aby tam byly požadované parametry (5V/2A). Zpravidla je v PC 1A USB a 2A USB. V jednom pujde a v druhém ne.
