Dobrý den, zakoupil jsem podložky SX3061 a SX3055 na zvedák SX3007. Dle popisu by měly být kompatibilní. Bohužel ani jedna podložka nezasedne do drážek na kovové misce zvedáku a jen volně na ni sedí bez jakékoliv boční stability a jednoduchým posunutím rukou podložka z kovové misky sjede. Nepřijde mi toto jako stabilní řešení, na kterém bych si troufnul zvednout auto. Na gumových podložkách zespodu drážka je, do které by předpokládám měl zvedák zapadnout, ta je však bohužel menší. Je toto očekávaný stav a nebo je tedy tento zvedák nekompatibilní s těmito podložkami?DěkujiHezký den

Hello, I purchased SX3061 and SX3055 pads for the SX3007 lift. According to the description they should be compatible. Unfortunately neither pad fits into the notches on the lift's metal cup and only sits on it loosely without any lateral stability, and with a simple push by hand the pad slides off the metal cup. This does not seem like a stable solution I would feel confident lifting a car with. The rubber pads have a groove on the underside that I would expect the lift to engage with, but unfortunately it is smaller. Is this the expected condition or is this lift incompatible with these pads?Thank youHave a nice day

Dobrý den, děkujeme za dotaz. U těchto gumových podložek je uchycení řešeno jako univerzální, tzn. že podložka není pevně „zacvaknutá“ do misky zvedáku, ale pouze na ní volně sedí. Drážka slouží primárně pro lepší usazení prahu vozidla, nikoliv pro fixaci do samotného zvedáku.Pokud podložka na misce sedí a při zatížení se nesesmekne, jedná se o standardní stav a je možné ji bezpečně používat. V případě, že Vám toto řešení nevyhovuje, doporučujeme použít typ podložky určený přímo jako náhradní díl pro daný model zvedáku (např. JACK PAD 1 pro SX3007), který má přesnější rozměrovou kompatibilitu.

Hello, thank you for your inquiry. For these rubber pads the attachment is designed as universal, i.e. the pad is not firmly “snapped” into the jack cup but only sits on it loosely. The groove primarily serves for better seating of the vehicle’s sill, not for fixation to the jack itself.If the pad sits on the cup and does not slip off under load, this is normal and it can be used safely. If this solution does not suit you, we recommend using a pad type intended specifically as a replacement part for the given jack model (e.g. JACK PAD 1 for SX3007), which has more precise dimensional compatibility.
