Hello,I bought your SX JACK SUV jack and Jack pad 3. I soon discovered that the contact part of the jack is square (which is not obvious from the photos) and the pad does not fit well into it. Could you advise me which of your pads fits it best? (ideally with a cutout for the threshold). Thank you.

ano stačí utáhnout takový černý ventil kterým se i povoluje. Pak by měl hned zvedat. Je to když na to koukáte ze zádu tak takový černý ,,šroubek"  vedle pístu. 
Kdyby něco klidně pište volejte.

yes, just tighten the black valve that also loosens it. Then it should lift right away. It's when you look at it from the back, it's a black "screw"  next to the piston.
