Tile leveling set LEVEL SYSTEM STARTER 1 SIXTOL

A set of quality tools LEVEL SYSTEM STARTER 1 for leveling tiles and coverings consisting of 100 leveling wedges, pliers and a rubber mallet. Laying tiles flat is very simple with the LEVEL SYSTEM set - insert the clips into the joints according to the joint width, insert the wedge into the clip and use the special leveling pliers to align the tiles or coverings into one plane. Once the adhesive under the tile has set, hit off the clips with the rubber mallet, finish the joints and you're done. Clips are not included in the set and must be purchased according to the desired joint thickness.

Usage:
  • 1. During laying, insert clips into the joints between tiles according to the desired joint width.
  • 2. Insert wedges into all clips.
  • 3. Use the leveling pliers to pull the first wedge into the clip until the tiles are level.
  • 4. Using the first wedge as reference, tighten the locking screw on the pliers so that the rest of the tiles or coverings are pulled with the same force.
  • 5. Tighten the remaining wedges.
  • 6. After the adhesive has set (usually after 24 hours), remove the clips by striking them from the side in the direction of the joint with the rubber mallet.
  • Note: Wedges can be reused.
  • Note: For correct removal of clips with the mallet, the joint must be clean.
